Sony Entertainment Television’s most adored comedy show, The Kapil Sharma Show is all set to take the audience on a fun roller coaster ride filled hilarious gags and endless laughter. And, promising an unforgettable blockbuster evening this weekend, the show will be welcoming the team of the upcoming epic period action film, PS 1 (Ponniyin Selvan: I ) i.e Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Trisha Krishnan and Sobhita Dhulipala, who will be making their debut on the most loved comedy show. In conversation with the host, Kapil Sharma, the star cast will be talking about their life, and the film among other things. During one such conversation with the host, Jayam Ravi spilled the beans about his name.
Amidst all the fun banter and Gupshup, host Kapil Sharma will ask actor Jayam Ravi that why he adopted ‘Jayam’ as his name which was the name of his character as well as his debut film name ‘Jayam’. Spilling some beans about the same, charming actor Jayam Ravi shared, “I believe Ravi is a pretty common name and has been used across the country. Jayam means victory and had a good ring to it, so I added it to my name with Ravi. With Jayam, victory got added to my name.”
Not only that, but the actor will also be seen sharing his fondness for the show, Jayam shared, “I am not here just for the promotion of PS 1, but I am here to meet Kapil. He has been entertaining the whole country and spreading happiness among everyone. I was just very excited to be here and I love the show.”
